DELIVERY

 

A4 and A3 prints are packed flat in acid free tissue and a sturdy cardboard envelope along with two layers of grey board. A2+ are packed in acid free tissue and a sturdy postal tube.

 

All prints will be sent First Class Signed For. Shipping within the UK is free.

 

I can ship worldwide upon request - shipping charges will be quoted dependent on location. Please contact me at cressidapye@mac.com.

 

I aim to get your print(s) to you as soon as possible but as they are usually printed to order, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery if you live in the UK.

 

If you live outside the UK, please allow up to 20 working days for delivery.

 

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK it may be liable to local taxes or duties. Any such charges are your responsibility.

 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept responsibility for packages damaged during shipping. Risk of loss and damage is passed on to you once the package is in the possession of the postal service or courier.

 

Please handle with care when removing the print(s) from the packaging - the surface is delicate!

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

 

I hope you’ll be delighted when your order arrives but in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your print(s), please email me as soon as possible at cressidapye@mac.com for details on how to return.

 

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your print(s). To be eligible for a refund, the print(s) must be returned unused and undamaged, in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

As soon as I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received it. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus shipping costs) will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on the policies associated with your original payment provider.

 

SALE ITEMS (WHERE APPLICABLE)

 

Only regular priced items qualify for a refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
